It took a few hours to finish up the binding around the base by hand, I probably could have done it on the machine and it probably would have been fine, but I like the hand sewn look. Now it's all ready to fill up!
Yesterday was quite the crafting day, I finished up a couple of items for swaps, one of which a sneek peak can be seen here:

It will be on its way across the seas tomorrow....

The bag is so fab! You're very patient to do things by hand, I get fed up with hand sewing really quickly.
So what projects have you got going that you are going to keep in the bag?
Hmm, at the moment I have some mini quilts (again hand pieced - I am getting much quicker) of places where I have lived, some knitting (which has been on the back burner for a little while now), and of course whatever swaps I am involved with. I have four on the go at the moment - five if you count your cd!
I wish I was much craftier...I'm going to take sewing lessons, but it's really just to make basic clothes. I'm afraid I have a terrible eye for fashion and craft. Like your stuff by the way!
